The villa can accommodate 20 people in 10 rooms and is always rented exclusively to groups of visitors, in order to guarantee maximum privacy.
The apartments are furnished in typical Tuscan style with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings, according to the local rural tradition.
Renovated since the 80s and in continuous restyling, it is arranged on three floors and offers guests comfortable rooms with private bathroom. All apartments are equipped with fully equipped kitchens (fridge, dishwasher, etc.) and the entire property has on the ground floor a common apartment with equipped kitchen and a large living room suitable for preparing lunches with friends.
Complete the services satellite TV, free wi-fi, a gazebo equipped with chairs, tables and barbecue.

The unsalted bread goes well with local meats and cheeses. Stale Bread is the base of some typical seasonal dishes such as pappa al pomodoro or ribollita.

At 25 km the cradle of the Italian Renaissance, Florence, needs no introduction. 10 km from the property stands the charming medieval village of Montespertoli, located along the Via Volterrana that connects to the Via Francigena. Together with the nearby Montaione, Montespertoli is called ′truffle town′. It also hosts the famous festival of wild boar.
